COVID Guidelines – Academy 5K

Health Guidelines for Covid-19 as of 1/21/2021

Academy of the Sacred Heart follows the St. Charles County Public Health Department and CDC guidelines.  Guidelines are subject to change as additional information becomes available. Below is a summary of the current Academy 5K & Fun safety protocols. 

COVID-19 Safety Protocols  

 

Academy of the Sacred Heart On-Site Protocols:   

Participants, volunteers and spectators will enter through the Clark Street entrance for a health screening and are required to wear a face covering pre and post-race while on the Academy’s campus. Participants should bring their own mask to wear until their race starts. Participants should carry their mask with them and put it on post-race. Physical distancing of at least 6 feet must be maintained in start and finish areas, on the racecourse, and while around any other participants, spectators and volunteers.  

 

If a Participant, Spectator or Volunteer Tests Positive for COVID-19:

Abiding by Academy of the Sacred Heart’s agreement with health authorities, if at any time a person tests positive for COVID-19 that was on Academy’s campus on March 27, 2021, they must inform the Academy of the Sacred Heart within 48 hours. The Academy of the Sacred Heart is responsible for informing participants within the affected runner’s starting wave and those who finish within proximity.
