This week we celebrate National Teacher Appreciation Week. We truly do have the best teachers here at the Academy, who go above and beyond to educate and inspire the hearts and minds of each and every child of the Sacred Heart. They are perfect examples of living out the Sacred Heart mission. We admire their unique and innovative ways to educate, especially during our Off-Campus Learning.
After finishing Elie Wiesel’s memoir, Night, the Eighth Class students had to come up with an original idea for a memorial specific to this literary work.

We look forward to once again seeing each other and enjoying time with friends, we look forward to engaging in the activities we bid on and to getting outside as the weather warms. This play was adapted from a book, The Great Kapok Tree by Lynne Cherry. The students were each a rain forest animal whose persuasive reasons convinced a man to not cut down the kapok tree.

Welcome to the 2020 Virtual Chemin de Fer Experience! We are so excited to present this year’s online auction with you. This evening we will all be enjoying the auction from the comfort of our own homes. While the venue is certainly different, the goal is still the same!
We will still get to see firsthand the generosity and heart that our school is built upon. We will still enjoy the camaraderie of coming together for one worthy cause. We will still make this a Chemin to remember because we are the Academy of the Sacred Heart.
