Do I need to purchase a ticket to the Virtual Chemin de Fer?
No. The Virtual Chemin de Fer Experience will be offered at no cost to participate. “Attendees” will still need to sign in to OneCause and create a profile in order to receive a bid number to partake in the auction. In lieu of ticket purchasing this year, please consider contributing in different ways to the auction such as buying April Shower Tickets or a monetary donation to the auction.
Can I still donate items to the Auction?
Of course! We know the COVID-19 virus has impacted our extended Academy family – from those who may be at a greater health risk, women and men who are working in hospitals and clinics, small business owners who have made the difficult decision to close temporarily and those who are finding new ways of working remotely. The Amazon Wish List is a way you can show your support to the silent auction. Donation forms, certificates and items still can be mailed to the Academy. Thank you to all who have already shown their support though donations.
What does a Virtual Chemin de Fer Experience look like?
The way you bid on items will not change! All participants will just be enjoying Chemin de Fer in the comfort of their own home! As stated above, please use the link to create a profile.
