Inscription on back: “This year’s ornament celebrates the creation of a new bronze statue of St. Rose Philippine Duchesne commissioned by the City of St. Charles and created by sculptor Harry Weber. The oak and acorn symbols on this porcelain disk recall the meaning of the French words du chene (of oak).”
