We are excited to invite local high schools to participate in our annual Country Fair, a beloved community event that brings together Academy families, friends, and the greater St. Charles community.
This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your school, connect with local families, and raise awareness among prospective students and supporters.
Partnership Details
- Participation Fee: $100
- Setup Time: You may begin setup anytime 11am or after
- We Provide:
- One 6-ft table
- Two chairs
- Optional tent rental for an additional $50
- You Provide:
- Tent (if not rented from us)
- Volunteers to staff your booth
- Promotional materials and displays
- Country Fair is rain or shine – no refunds will be issued for weather
