Global Service Day

Global Day of Service

Saturday, September 15, 2018

8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

To honor St. Rose Philippine Duchesne, Sacred Heart schools around the world are giving a day of service in their community. We, at the Academy of the Sacred Heart in St. Charles, are inviting all members of our school community to join together in service. Please join us at any of the following locations to participate in the activities of the day. Together, as a Sacred Heart family, we can live out Goal 3—a social awareness which impels to action—to celebrate our Bicentennial!

The students, faculty and staff look forward to serving side by side with parents, alums, parents of alums, members of the Board of Trustees and friends. This worldwide event will begin in New Zealand and move around the globe until our day of service is complete!

Time: 9 a.m. to noon

Help make an historic church in Ferguson a beautifully renovated and welcoming home for women. Volunteers are needed for a variety of jobs at All Among Us, a new women’s care center, as they are set to open for residents in the fall. Minimal skills are required, but can include painting, plastering, cleaning etc. Lunch provided.
