Support the Academy of the Sacred Heart and our annual Chemin de Fer auction. barre3 is a local, female owned (alumnae Sally Stahlschmidt Miller ’84) small business offering a full-body, balanced workout that combines cardio, strength conditioning and mindfulness. ASH mom & barre3 instructor, Jessica Siemer, will lead you through a 1-hour fitness class that will leave you feeling balanced in your body and empowered from within. Please come with your friends, spouse, and/or family for an hour of self-care, movement, fitness and community support of the Academy.

Class size is limited to 25. Walk ins are welcome – but only up to the 25-person limit – so sign up early!
