This year Chemin de Fer is taking us on a Journey to Morocco! We find ourselves traveling across the sands of Morocco, winding through the narrow alleys of Chefchaouen (the Blue Diamond), browsing markets in Marrakech and Casablanca, and ultimately enjoying a beautiful evening at the Academy oasis. A journey through Morocco sets the stage for our biggest event of the year!
What was once an evening of casino games and lavish hors d’oeuvres in the old gymnasium has grown to an event with stunning décor, silent auction items in the White Center and a fabulous sit-down dinner and live auction in Rauch Memorial. Chemin de Fer is the Academy’s largest fundraiser and social event – and we invite every family to be a part of it!
How can you support Chemin and join the fun? Details to follow next week but consider the following:
- Save the date and plan to attend.
- Volunteer – share your time and make new friends.
- Donate and shop for items. Check out our Amazon Wish List.
- Purchase raffle tickets.
- Support and help organize Class Projects.
- Ask family and friends for advertisements and sponsorships.
- Attend pre-Chemin events (see events below).
