Room parents assist with class holiday parties and other special projects for the class (e.g., a Goal III service activity, class gift to be donated to Chemin de Fer, etc.). One room parent from each home room of the younger children or class of the older children will have the responsibility of leading other room parents in the planning and preparation of activities. Duties of these lead room parents vary by class level. Sign-ups occur early in the school year.
