As an independent, private school, the Academy receives no parish funding, financial help from the Archdiocese, or any government supplement.
We rely on tuition, Annual Giving, grants, bequests, interest from the Endowment Fund, gifts in kind, and the generosity and hard work of our parents in our fundraising efforts. Our Board of Trustees, parents, grandparents, faculty, staff, loyal alumni and parents of alumni continue to partner in this exceptional education and loving community.
“Pray. Grow holy. Collect funds. Alas! Why must one always, when planning the works of God, put this vile question of money on par with spiritual means? It is because, in truth, without it, one can do nothing.”
—Madeleine Sophie Barat
The Annual Fund, special events and fundraisers are important components of our operating budget each year. We are able to maintain this historic institution and offer Sacred Heart education in large part because of the revenue from these fund raisers.
For the 2017–2018 school year, we will launch the Annual Fund appeal during Giving Week in November, with added events and opportunities to support ASH. Watch for more information about the Annual Fund this fall. Gifts and pledges to the Annual Fund can be made at any time.
For further information regarding any of the following events or fundraising programs, please contact Development Director Mary Maher at email@example.com.We sincerely thank our supporters for all that they do.

Matching Gifts are offered by many employers. Some even double or triple employees’ charitable contributions. Please contact your employer’s human resources department to see if your company participates in a matching gift program.[tabby title=”Volunteer Opportunities”]
Once you are here… Volunteer!
Goal Four of Sacred Heart Education is “The Building of Community as a Christian Value.” That community building involves not only the students, teachers and staff who are present at school each day, but reaches to an extended family of school parents, grandparents, alumni and friends. Getting to know these valued members of the Sacred Heart family—the building of community—is easily achieved by volunteering in some capacity.
We hope you’ll consider taking advantage of one or more of the following volunteer opportunities at the Academy. (There may be others that appeal to you.)
- Parent Coordinating Council
- Mothers’ Club
- Fathers’ Club
- Room Parents
- Event Committees
- Board of Trustees and Committees
When our Genevieve sales, Country Fair, Trivia Night and Chemin de Fer fundraising events roll around, contact the Advancement Office if you would like to volunteer (636-946-5632). VolunteerSpot.com is often used as an event organizer, so registering an account there is a good place to start.[tabby title=”Cash for ASH”]
