The Academy’s Board of Trustees is charged with setting policy consistent with the Goals and Criteria. The Board commits itself to be responsible for the strategic planning and for the school’s fiscal well-being necessary to carry the Academy and its mission into the future.

A Committee on Trustees reviews the target profile of the Board and nominates new members to adjust board membership as terms end and members cycle off the board. Members serve two three-year terms. The Board meets five times a year with committee meetings held as needed.
