ACADEMY ATHLETIC ANNOUNCEMENTS

A NOTE ABOUT OPENING PDF FILES:
a)  All of the forms here have been tested using Adobe Reader 6.x and Adobe Reader 7.0x; if you are using Adobe Reader 6.x, you may need to click on the refresh icon of your browser once the Reader has loaded the file.
b)  If you have updated 6.x to 7.0x without first uninstalling 6.x, you may experience problems; this is not unusual with Adobe Reader.  Before installing any new version of Reader you should always uninstall the old version first.  If you did not, you may need to uninstall Reader and re-install the application.
c)  The registration forms will only open correctly with Adobe Reader 7.x; we have not been able to isolate the compatibility issue with the form.
