Collaboration for a Transformed World…
Sacred Heart Educators
from around THE WORLD
convene in St. Charles
The third international conference of Sacred Heart educators took place in
St. Charles April 25–29. Over 70 heads of Sacred Heart Schools from six
continents convened at Philippine Duchesne's first school in America. Their
aim was to strengthen relationships among Sacred Heart schools around the
world and to enhance ways of sharing the Society's international resources.
It was a marvelous opportunity for the Academy school community to witness
the internationality of Sacred Heart education.
Academy students welcomed our visitors with a prayer service that recreated
the history of St. Madeline Sophie's international vision coming to
fruition.
