A Fun-Filled and Successful Country Fair

A LETTER FROM SISTER GLAVIN

I'd like to express gratitude to all our Academy families who participated in Country Fair.

A huge thanks to our good and gracious God who gifted us with a beautiful day... to all of our sponsors for their generous financial contributions... to Chairs Tom and Bette Kasper and Co-Chairs John and Melissa Gisi for their leadership and guidance... to all the chairs of committees for their generous contribution of time and talent... to all the parents who worked in a booth, without whose contribution the day would not have been possible... to all of our donors for their contributions, big and small, from raffle sales to grab bag donations.

It was a beautiful day! The spirit of community, friendship, camaraderie and family filled the day with that special Academy warmth, from the first step of our early 5K race to the final sweep of the gym floor after everything had been put away for next year!

Hopefully each of you had an opportunity to get to know other Academy families, and relished the time with friends.

The Children's Castle was an enticing destination for the pre-school set.

Under the direction of Mr. Frank Goessler, the ASH band serenaded Country Fair guests with toe-tapping tunes.

Academy grads Zach Stauder, Dominic Cheli and Tad Delicath stepped in for absent members of the percussion section.

We love sunny Country Fair days, but shade was much appreciated!

High school freshmen enjoyed their first Fair as ASH alumni.

Country Fair's barnyard theme was animated by Mrs. Pool's two goats; Primary student Zachary V. pets one of them.

Tables and chairs populated the length of the parking lot, enabling Fair-goers to take in the day's events in comfort.

The excitement of going down the inflatable slide never dimmed.

Country Fair is fun for all ages!

The Graham Academy Irish Dancers, and, later, the Clarkson Academy Irish Dancers, entertained the crowd.

The Kasper family and Sister Glavin were gratified by the success of Country Fair.

Hundreds of Academy families and friends turned out for the Fair.
